HeyGen AI MultiLingual

I made safety videos for Olsson Roofing and when they asked about providing Spanish translations, I cloned Frank’s voice with Eleven Labs, translated the transcript of the safety videos with ChatGPT and then generated the new Spanish dialogue in his own voice. It was amazing BUT I found the timing of the Spanish was considerably longer and I had to slightly speed up the overdub — and while really great, his lips looked like an old Godzilla film.

Then HeyGen just demoed how you upload the source video and all in one step it rebuilds the dialogue in the new language with the source voice but adds the extra step of rebuilding the lips and mouth to match the new language.

Watch the English training video, then my Spanish version and then check out the HeyGen demo.

Using IPhone Portrait Mode

The most ideal portraits use no AI or post processing tools by being shot correctly from the start. That’s so easy with most iPhones and Joe shot all these with his phone using portrait mode — perfect!
