I. Introduction
The 50 minute meeting format was explained, with Gary mentioning he will aim to pack in as much valuable content as possible.

Attendees were encouraged to email Gary with any questions they want covered in future meetings.
Gary offered to provide copies of his standard Squarespace website for attendees to use for free during the bootcamp. This allows them to test out the AI tools discussed.
He emphasized the importance of journaling for 10 minutes daily in the shared Google Drive folder. This content can be used to create marketing videos.
II. Chatbots
An overview of ChatGPT and other AI chatbots like Claude, Bing, and Perplexity was provided.
Gary discussed the various ChatGPT plugins, including the Zapier plugin to connect it to Google Docs. There are also plugins for image generation.
He highlighted the major differences between the free and $20 per month Pro version of ChatGPT, noting version 4 is significantly better.
He recommended joining Facebook groups focused on AI to learn more tips and see examples.
III. Using AI for Coding
A demo was shown of using ChatGPT to generate JavaScript code by providing it a PDF document. Gary iteratively improved the code by testing and providing more instructions.
He discussed limitations around chatbots losing track of context after prolonged interactions. Breaking prompts into separate chats can help.
IV. Potential "Dark Side" of AI
An example was shown where Claude provided false information about two companies it claimed to have acquired. Links to fake news articles were generated.
Gary discussed the issue of "hallucination" where AIs generate false information. Highlighted the need to verify anything questionable.
