Use Portrait Mode for Most of Your Pictures

So this is why I think you should use portrait mode for a lot of the images you're taking for your organization.

So the client sent this picture and he wanted to highlight that these gentlemen are working on this electrical box.

Problem is, is that I was distracted, as many, I believe will be with all this detail in the background

This is a program called Luminar AI. What it allows me to do is to mask out this forward area, and then using the portrait bokeh to blur out the background.

Back here in figma, I added the logo to get a little bit of branding into the shot and there it is on the website.

This is why I use Portrait Mode on my phone almost always when shooting people or products at companies. A blurry background is more than just mimicking expensive camera gear — it helps show the key things we want viewers to see. Something their doing, or the detail on a product.
